Watson detailing a trip to Europe and his discussions with the locals and the state of the countries he visits while he examines pacifism and U.S. relations in Europe. There is an open letter written to the people of Japan from the Fellowship of Reconciliation discussing atomic tests and their effects. This folder also contains various newsletters such as the ACLU newsletter, the War Resisters' International newsletter, and the Conscription News newsletter.
