-Box 2- A83412021709- Contains many VCR videotapes labeled “Computing Network Services, Betty Edwards Videotapes.” There is also a box that contains papers that are applications for Kansas State email addresses as well as “Campus Organization Web-page Registration Forms” the forms are dated for 1997.
-Box 3- A83412024317- Contains several boxes with reels of photo negatives and photo slides. There are also 3 binders that have newspaper clippings and photographs. One is labeled 1995, but the other binder contains photos that look older.
-Box 4- A83412024480- Contains 3 binders with newsletters from the Computing and Network Services, dated from 1970’s-2000’s. There are also some file folders that contain “Kansas State University Computing Survival Kits.”
-Box 5- A83412024448- Has files and 3 binders related to Computing and Network Services. One binder has newspaper clippings and photographs, and the other 2 contain “Kansas State University Computing Center Users Guide.” There are also pamphlets for the computing labs and also a booklet containing “University Digital Computer Committee Minutes.”
-Box 6- A83412021725- Contains 2 binders and some photographs in the bottom of the box as well. The binders contain “Computing Newspaper Archives” the first one from 1978-1989, and the second one dates from 1990-1994. Both binders contain newspaper clippings relating to Kansas State University computer events.
-Box 7- A83412034930- Contains files, reports, and “Progress and Plans” reports from the Computing Infrastructure and Telecommunications Advisory Committee (CITAC.) Reports are from 1995-1996. Other pages date from the 1990’s
-Box 8- A83412033099- Contains summary report of activities booklets from 1972-2002 by the Kansas Board of Regents Computer Advisory Committee.
-Box 9 - A83412030041- Contains financial records, budget data, spending analysis, data processing, and meeting notes. Records from the 1990’s- 2000’s.
-Box 10 - A83412075994- Contains file folders, booklets, a binder and loose papers. The binder is labeled “Computing Center Users Guide” and it contains “Active Projects and Change Requests- CTA.” There are 6 booklets labeled “Summery Report of Activities” from the “Kansas Board of Regents Computer Advisory Committee,” and more booklets about the accounting system 1972-1973, records keeping and reporting system from 1992, and one that is “SSN System Guide, by Paul Mensch. Computing Center Kansas State University, may 8, 1977.” The file folders contain various accounting and computing service records.
-Box 11- A83412024472- Contains many newspapers and newspaper clippings relating to the opening computer lab, computing network, and to the overall the growth in technology at Kansas State University from 1960-1990’s. There are also newsletters for the Computing and Network Services (CNS.)
-Box 12- A83412021694- Contains 3 binders with KSU Newsletters. First one was from 1972-1980, second one from 1980-1986, and the last one is 1987-1992. The newsletters are from the Kansas State University Computing Center. There is also a file with a few more newsletters from 1992 and 1993.
-Box 13- A83412146541- Contains files and a couple of booklets. The file folders have CNS business section docs, package update logs, accounting files, daily, weekly, and monthly logs, appendixes, and staff papers. There are some booklets labeled CMS Cookbook, and CMS guide.
-Box 14- A83412046814- Contains file folders with budget reports from various departments all related to the Computing and Network Services. The reports are ranging from the 1980’s-1990’s.
