The box includes leader notebooks and publication on livestock, poultry, fish and agriculture alongside other topics such as trapping, fur harvesting, wildlife management, conservation and beekeeping. Two folders include several geology field trip notebooks.

Box contains several 4-H publications, club awards, and CDs. Additionally photos from 4-H national camp and club congress are present alongside correspondence and newsletters from the organization.

Box includes leadership training guides, family studies leader notebooks, leadership curriculum guides, surveys, impact studies and research papers. Additionally the box contains historical 4-H material such as 4-H permanent records, alumni email information, KAE4HA minutes, 4-H plans & correspondence. As well as works titled 4-H in the 90s and history of the 4-H club. Lastly, the box contains information on 4-H programs such as discovery days, club roundup, project action committees, member guides, and annual reports.

Box contains information regarding 4-H camps, information includes fine arts program guides, camp planning guides, camp counselor guides, lesson plans, correspondence, handbooks, applications and rosters, and budgeting. Additional information regarding camp activities include backpacking, canoeing, songs, games, chairmen, wilderness trips. Furthermore the box includes several livestock brochures, geology fieldtrip notebooks and 3 development and orientation CDs .
