Additionally the box contains historical 4-H material such as 4-H permanent records, alumni email information, KAE4HA minutes, 4-H plans & correspondence. As well as works titled 4-H in the 90s and history of the 4-H club. Lastly, the box contains information on 4-H programs such as discovery days, club roundup, project action committees, member guides, and annual reports.

Box contains several publications, guidelines, and handbooks regarding youth development with a focus on volunteerism.

Box contains information regarding 4-H camps, information includes fine arts program guides, camp planning guides, camp counselor guides, lesson plans, correspondence, handbooks, applications and rosters, and budgeting. Additional information regarding camp activities include backpacking, canoeing, songs, games, chairmen, wilderness trips. Furthermore the box includes several livestock brochures, geology fieldtrip notebooks and 3 development and orientation CDs .

Box includes several leader notebooks and member guides from different 4-H programs such as photography and plant science, nutrition, and commodity marketing. The box also includes several officer training guides (ex. parliamentary procedure) and program development committee documents. Additionally, the box has several guides and documents pertaining to other 4-H projects such as people to people, livestock judging, and lawn care.

Box primarily contains information on dog care projects and shows. However, additional documents include general correspondence, wheat, swine, sheep, horse, and dairy show guidelines as well as several geology publications.

Box contains several 4-H CDs and DVDs with content pertaining to volunteerism and leadership.
