"Kathleen said the Peace Corps'ers coming from KSU and Okla. Were worn out from an 18 hr day program. Where does our health ed. come in? No wonder KSU profs said they slept through classes. Kathleen said Okla. Housed them in unused barracks that were bed bug infested and when they complained or reported the college officials made light of it. How can you accomplish change in a developing country if your technicians don't expect change where they live?"
