Contains correspondence, publishing information, and reviews of True Tales of the Prairies and Plains (2007) the Buffalo Book (1974), as well as miscellaneous publishing material. Also included are papers from Dary’s Short-Wave Radio and TV career, including the Radio Broadcast Handbook and papers regarding his trip to Khartoum, Sudan.

Contains several publication-related files, such as correspondence, reviews, publicity, and more information regarding Dary’s “Cowboy Culture” (1981) and research made for the book. Also included are documents regarding his shortwave radio career, his broadcast journalism career, and his time spent at the University of Kansas. Speeches made by Dary in Manhattan, KS and other areas are also included.

Contains several items regarding research for Dary’s “The Buffalo Book” 1974, along with photographs taken for the Buffalo Book and Dary’s release of Touring the West with Leaping Lena. Touring the West and its manuscripts are included in Box 115. Several Dary speeches are also included, along with correspondence regarding research, articles, and Fulbright scholar from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, Dr. Eltayeb Ateya, who studied at the University of Oklahoma.
