Series 1 of Global Campus records, the credit course files range from the years 1975 – 2002 and contain both semester courses, as well as intersession (winter, spring, summer) courses. The series consists of files related to courses taken for credit through DCE and from programs outside of K-State. Credit courses highlighted are from the College of Arts & Sciences, College of Education, College of Business, Telecourses, and the Undergraduate completion program. It is composed of resources and manuals for distance and online courses, enrollment statistics, course information packets, photographs, videotapes, credit course promotional material, course evaluations, course financing, reports and reviews related to credit courses, and correspondence related to credit courses. The credit courses series contains 47 boxes.

This series includes correspondence between Dean's and other faculty and students. Majority of the correspondence documents are from Dean Barbara Stowe between the years of 1989-1998. Dean's academic council minutes and other documents are included. Ms. Jane Barnes' scrapbooks of "Highlights in History" are included from when she served as assistant to the Dean. Reports from conferences that Dean's attended are included. Biennial and centennial reports for the college.

The Family Series consists of seven (7) boxes of material relating to David Dary’s family members and ancestry lines. The family series is divided into sub-serieses according to family members and family line: Carl Engel (David’s great-grandfather), Charles F. Engel (Dary’s great uncle), A.W. Long (David’s maternal grandfather), Milton Russell Dary (David’s father), Ruth Engel Long Dary (David’s mother), Sue Dary (David’s wife), and Cynthia Dary Rugolo and Carol Dary Pennington (David and Sue Dary’s daughters). Ancestral lines included are the Crosby, Long, Russel, Dary, Harrison, and Sudduth lines.

This series contains files that relate to the KSU College of Engineering. These files include agendas, minutes, memoranda, notes, slides, correspondence, newsletters, pamphlets, publications, reference material, depositions, speech scripts, proposals, evaluations, surveys, reports, budget and cost analysis, blueprints, photographs, maps, KSU magazines and newspapers (the K-State Engineer, the K-Stater, Kansas Technical Professions), and booklets. These materials pertain to meetings (department meetings, committee meetings, council meetings, club meetings, alumni meetings), events (open house events, commencement, talks, banquets, luncheons, career fairs, Engineering Day), programs and classes, scholarships (including donation records and recipient letters of gratitude).

The series encompasses various media types spanning from 1989 to 2008, such as CDs, Cassettes, DVDs, Film reels, USB drives, and Floppy disks. These cover a wide array of topics including Global Flyers, events, provost ceremonies, K-State Salina, KTI history, KTI promotional materials, technology training sessions, recruitment videos, visits from politicians, graduations, training programs, presentations, courses, merger meetings, and groundbreaking ceremonies.

This series includes photographs with subjects including: Youth Exchange Programs, camps, county and state fairs, national club congress, home improvement, food preparation and preservation, clothing, livestock, aircraft, collegiate 4-H, tours, banquets and awards, and 4-H Round-Up.

Box 1- A83412 063476 -Contains 16 file folders all containing photographs pertaining to the department of clothing, textiles, and interior design. The photos vary in date from 1898 to 1969. The photos show various “domestic science” classes, fashion shows from the department, furniture and interior design showcases, as well as many photos showing people in daily life and the clothing that was worn at the time. There is also a file about how to market and clothing.
Box 2- A83412 064901-Contains 11 folders with photos. Once again all are over events/ projects for the department of clothing, textiles, and interior design. One folder shows off students getting ready and participating in a fashion photoshoot. This box also contained several rug designs with yarn swatches, and pattern design. The years of the photos range from circa1930- 1968.
Box 3- A83412 063484 -Contains 6 folders, each housing photographs of various events and classes, all pertaining to clothing, textiles, interior design, and some art. There are photos covering garment fittings, designing textiles, figure drawing, and photos showing off the fashion of the time. The dates that the box covers ranges from 1925-1952, with a couple of photos going back as far as 1914.
